Booking Policy and Payment Terms

  1. The operator requires a 50% deposit payment upon booking confirmation, which is non-refundable.

  2. The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to departure.

  3. If the deposits and payments for any listed liveaboards in Thailand and Myanmar are not transferred within the agreed dates, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking and resell the spaces.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  1. Cancellation less than 90 days before trip dates will result in a 100% charge of the deposit.

  2. Trip dates can be changed up to 90 days before the departure date.

  3. In any case, the deposit is non-refundable.

  4. The trip routings are fixed as scheduled.

  5. No Show = No Refund, and 100% will be charged from the net rate for the reserved space(s).

  6. In case of natural disasters or pandemics causing the trip to be canceled, all payments are non-refundable, but a change of trip schedule is allowed.

  7. If there are issues with Nitrox tanks, air tanks will be used instead.
